An apartment of 95 square meters on two levels, Il Fienile can comfortably accomodate 5 people, with the ability to add occasional beds for children under 12 years.

On the ground floor there's a large living room with dining area and kitchen: a very bright room thanks to the two large doors with direct access to the garden and the terrace.

The ceiling is finished with traditional wooden beams and bricks, which were typical of the past farmhouses. From the living room you can access to the bathroom and to the bedrooms: a double and a single bedrooms, both provided of a bathroom with shower.

Upstairs, where once upon a time the hay was kept, now you find the impressive master bedroom, and its bathroom with shower: in the bedroom there are a beautiful wrought iron bed and a large window that looks directly over the towers of San Gimignano, and additional smaller windows build with traditional clay bricks. This old styled peculiarity keeps a soft light to the room leaving unchanged the wonderful view. From outside you can access the laundry room.
